本港出品的和食,大多夾雜了港式茶餐廳的傳統即食風格,進化為不中不日的日式快餐。為秉承日本飲食文化講求的新鮮食材及手巧大廚,日前於銅鑼灣世貿中心新登場的迴轉壽司店-HIP Sushi (壽司派),則誠邀了日本飲食界權威山崎正夫師傅為新店掀幕。留港期間,山崎師傅將與各駐店師傅切磋廚藝,並傳授他的獨門手藝和秘製醬汁,以配合其獨創的新派壽司,如每日限量供應的山海派海綿雞蛋壽司,將外層的甜醬油、軟綿綿的雞蛋和內裡的鮮魚肉相互結合!
