自古以來,英雄豪傑均與美酒為伴,因而流傳出不少家喻戶曉的故事,例如杯不離手的蓋世英雄洪七公和借酒消愁的李白。為饗一眾佳釀知音,香港洲際酒店的THE STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill與法國干邑CAMUS的家族傳人Cyril合作,並於6月14日首度舉行西餐酒宴,以四道菜式配合五款陳年干邑,招待一席共十六位的酒痴。菜式包括鮮龍蝦肉配鴨肝醬、牛尾湯凍、鴿子清湯及法國田螺雲吞等,再分別配以1962、1968、1971、1980等不同年份的美酒,加上客人被安排坐於開放式炭燒廚房前的一張特備長桌子,此情此景,確實有如豪傑舉杯暢飲!
