    松露菌的魔力到底又多大?看早前著名賭王不惜以33萬美金購入巨型松露菌便可知道了。在佳節臨近的日子,位於香港洲際酒店的NOBU隆重呈獻多款松露菌菜式及時令午餐便當,以名廚名菜迎聖誕!

     Shirako dofu with truffle

    新菜以Nobu喜用的日本材料如麵豉醬及日本柚子汁配合松露菌,例如用招牌的銀鱈魚配黑松露麵豉,帶出很強的味道及原材料的氣味。而每日供應的Omakase 廚師精選餐單亦會加入一道松露菌菜式。

    此外,NOBU於12月期間將推出3款節日便當午餐,選用的材料包括時令的鰤魚、鮟鱇魚肝、時令蔬菜天婦羅等,以創意「新派」的日本便當滿足愛吃的港人。

    NOBU午餐每天由中午12時至2時30分供應。
