為答謝客人對香港萬麗海景海店滿福樓的長期支持,總行政中廚談錫麟師傅特別挑選四款巧手家常菜式及一款滋補湯水,製成精緻菜譜,送贈客人,聊表心意。

首版精緻菜譜內四餸一湯的配搭,能夠滿足每位家庭成員的喜好,當中包括香煎琵琶豆腐、陳皮蒜子蒸頭腩、豉汁涼瓜炆排骨、梅菜肉鬆蒸蘭遠及木瓜螺頭雞腳煲梅肉。每款菜式均以簡單步驟闡釋烹調過程,清晰易明,容易讓客人自家製作,炮製撚手小菜。

首版精緻菜譜以小巧的透明膠盒包裝,簡約精美,在設計方面亦盡顯心思──它可豎立於平面上,方便客人於煮食時無需手持菜譜,同時亦易於閱讀。是次精緻菜譜為滿福樓紀念品系列的第一炮,主要對象為滿福樓的長期顧客及傳媒朋友。
