有甚麼食物可以幫助感冒加速痊癒?

食物中的鋅 (Zinc) 可以強化我們的免疫系統,減低感冒的發病率,加速感冒的痊癒。平日不妨可以多吃紅肉、家禽、豆類、果仁和全穀物的食物,都有助吸取更多鋅。另外,每天進食一杯的乳酪或克菲爾 (Kefir,是一種天然發酵牛奶飲料),亦可減少腸胃道的壞細菌,從而避免敏感、花粉症的機會。

患上感冒是時,建議多喝熱薑茶,這也可以幫助身體對抗感冒病菌,讓身體更快回復狀態。
