    英國倫敦大學的一項研究顯示,喝紅茶能減輕生活壓力,並緩解心臟病負擔。這項試驗在75名經常喝茶的年輕男性中進行。在長達6周的試驗中,他們被分為兩組,其中一組喝紅茶,另一組喝的則是不包含任何紅茶成分,但是具有紅茶味道與顏色的仿製茶。所有參與者都要經歷一些挑戰,如面臨解雇和訴訟。參與者血中的「氫化可的松」(一種重要的「應激」激素)濃度、血壓、心率都會受到監測。
